Sustainability Strategy for a leading Chinese shoe manufacturer

Having done a PROBE for Sustainable Business benchmarking exercise in 2015 T2L was invited back to assist with developing a new Vision and Sustainability Strategy. The initial strategy and visioning workshop was co-lead by our Director Lin Zhang and associated advisor Xiaojing Fei.
