Innovation Sprint for a Global 1000

We recently completed an Innovation Sprint for a Shanghai Headquartered BU of a Global 1000 Company. In the Sprint we coached 3 client teams to ideate, test assumptions, develop prototypes and test with users, refine and pivot based on feedback, develop business models and finally pitch to senior leadership for funding. In the end 3 ideas were awarded funding and are now in the process of being launched as potentially exponential startups at the edge of the organization.
